📜 General Terms and Conditions – Mystical Fiction Ltd

1. Definitions

Mystical Fiction Ltd: the seller, registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16413565), with its registered office at Dept 302a, 43 Owston Road, Carcroft, Doncaster, UK.

Customer: the natural person or legal entity that purchases a product or service via our webshop or website.

Products: physical books, signed editions, digital downloads, and supporter tiers.

Agreement: the purchase agreement between Mystical Fiction Ltd and the Customer.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the website mysticalfiction.com and its subdomains.

3. Offers and prices

All prices are stated in euros (€) or British pounds (£), including VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are listed separately during checkout.

Offers and prices are valid while stocks last and/or as indicated on the website.

4. Orders and payments

An order becomes binding once the Customer has completed the full ordering process and payment has been received.

Payment can be made using the available payment methods (e.g. Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer).

Mystical Fiction Ltd reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected misuse or non-payment.

5. Delivery

Physical products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

Delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

Digital products (e.g. free chapters) are delivered immediately by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

For physical products, a withdrawal period of 14 days after receipt applies. Within this period, the Customer may cancel the order without stating a reason.

Returns must be reported by email to: support@mysticalfiction.com.

Products must be returned unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the download has started, provided the Customer has given prior consent.

Signed copies or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Supporter tiers and contributions

Supporter tiers and donations are creative contributions and do not constitute an investment or share in Mystical Fiction Ltd or its projects.

Contributions are non-refundable, unless required by law (e.g. in the case of an erroneous duplicate charge).

Perks and rewards (e.g. signed book, art print) are delivered as described with the product.

8. Liability

Mystical Fiction Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.

9. Force majeure

Mystical Fiction Ltd is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, transportation issues, or supplier delays.

10. Intellectual property

All content (books, texts, images, visuals, and the Mystical Fiction brand name) remains the property of Mystical Fiction Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be submitted in writing via support@mysticalfiction.com.

We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.

Agreements are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the UK.
